We have eaten here several times. The food is always nice, home cooked and healthy. From the outside it looks like an old furniture junk shop, don’t be fooled! The cafe is Showa period and a mish-mash of furniture, which adds to its charm BUT if you are have a meal rather than just coffee and cake the seating/tables are uncomfortable. Very few of the tables are the correct height for the seats so you feel like you are bunched up when eating. The eccentric collection of decorations around the place, make it an interesting place to eat BUT please clean and dust the shelves/ornaments. The tables/eating area appears to be clean but it looks like a long time since the shelf saw a duster. Menu - main meals menu bought to the table on a chalkboard, no English. No kids menu. Vegetable plate don’t get confused it is not vegetarian- the one we had contained fish. Parking 8 or 10 parking spots next to the cafe, but tight for parking!
